Scholarships and Awards
There are several language scholarships available to Richmond students who demonstrate either merit or need. In particular, scholarships are provided to students who might otherwise not be able to participate in a study abroad program during the summer, the semester or the academic year. Some scholarships are co-sponsored with the Department of Latin American, Latino, & Iberian Studies.
The deadline for submitting an application for study during summer 2017 or the 2017-2018 academic year is February 17, 2017. Once a student submits the application, a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the application will be sent by Michele Mauney in Latin American, Latino, and Iberian Studies (LALIS). Students will be notified of departmental decisions in March.
